Return/Exchange Policy
At Zenith Distributors, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product received is defective or non-functional.
- Incorrect product received.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all tags, accessories, and invoices.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing items in the package
- Wrong product delivered
The video must:
- Start before opening the sealed package.
- Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
- Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Clearly display the issue being reported.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund approval.
3. Return/Exchange Request Period
Customers must report any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- Products showing signs of use after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products reported without the required unboxing video.
- Clearance, sale, or special promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
5. Inspection and Approval
Once the returned product and supporting evidence are received, our team will inspect the claim.
If approved, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Exchange for a similar product
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
The final decision regarding return, exchange, or refund eligibility shall remain with Zenith Distributors.
6. Exchange Process
Approved exchange requests will be processed after verification and receipt of the original product, if required.
Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
7. Refunds
Where refunds are approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
